dlanalysis provides consulting services for export and import cargo in the pre-shipment, stowage or unloading of refrigerated and dry containers, reviewing or evaluating the following aspects:

    Visual condition of containers:

  • Physical assessment of the unit. Preparation and cleaning. Infestation check. Review of PTI (Pre-trip Inspection) labels and cargo (refrigerated cargo).
  • Review of transport parameters: temperature (set point), evaporator defrost intervals, fresh air exchange, relative humidity, gas concentration and preparation for transport in units with controlled or modified atmosphere.

    • Visual condition and appearance of the product:

  • Establishment of sampling plans for laboratory analysis according to statistical methods. Sealing, identification, preservation and custody of samples for delivery to a local laboratory.
  • Evaluation of quality parameters of fruits, vegetables and dried products (cocoa, coffee, cereals, etc.). Analysis of data on humidity, ripening, diseases, physiological disorders and defects.
  • In situ physical-chemical analysis using rapid methods and portable equipment (humidity, size, texture), using rapid methods (humidity, size, texture, soluble solids...)
  • Defective master packaging: units that are broken, stained, deformed, damaged, or have a defective seal.
  • Product temperature statistics at the time of being stowed or unloaded from the container.
  • Evaluation of packaging, palletizing, stowage and lashing patterns and their impact on product preservation and air flow in the unit (reefers).
  • Review of quantity parameters: type, number of packages, weights and brands according to the packing list.
  • Review of compliance with maximum permissible weights on the unit and maximum load lines.
  • List of events during stowage or unloading, including rainfall, ambient temperature and relative humidity, as well as the times involved.
  • Placement and registration of seals.
  • Photographic or audiovisual record of the container filling and emptying process.
  • Review of temperature and operation records of refrigerated containers and their impact on cargo claims.
